Marc Anthony - "Dream Waves" Review

It is almost that special time of year. The time where blow dryers and flat irons are stowed away; and gels and scrunching sprays are brought back out.  The time where our perfectly tousled wavy and curly hair transform you into a beach born goddess.
Unfortunately we can't all be lucky ladies with perfectly beach waved hair. But, thanks to todays products we are in luck! This week I am reviewing Marc Anthonys "Dream Waves" line. This entails of:

• Amplifying Shampoo 
• Amplifying Conditioner 
• Amplifying Lotion - "The lightweight formula transforms straight or wavy hair to create texture, volume and intensified waves."
• Beach Spray - " Create natural, effortless, beach hair worn loose, soft and wavy. It adds body and texture to straight, fine strands or pumps up the curl in already wavy hair. Add extra definition to your wavy layers. "

I have been using this system for the past week and I must say I LOVE the shampoo and conditioner. The smell is so heavenly. It smells like coconut and pina coladas. Every shower sends me to the shore instantly. I am most impressed with the conditioner. For such an inexpensive product, it really makes my hair feel so smooth and hydrated. 


The Amplifying Lotion and Beach Spray really did give me great volume and subtle texture. I would love to see how these products work on wavy hair. My hair is pin straight, so, the fact that my hair had just subtle texture is impressive.
I definitely see myself purchasing the Shampoo & Conditioner again in the feature. I love the smell, I love hope it works with my hair, and I LOVE the price. $7.99 a bottle? You really can't go to wrong with that!

NOTD 1. Showing my Stripes!

Hey guys! I want to start doing a nail of the day blog post :) It actually will probably be 'Nail of the week' considering I really don't change it everyday haha. This was what I wore on my nails last week. I never got a chance to post it.

 

I love these nail strips! I got them in my September Birchbox. They are by a company called "Incoco".  I love that some of their manicures are cheaper than the Sally Hansen ones. My set (Go Get Em' Tiger) is only $8.99!

These lasted me about 5 days on my fingers, and are still going strong on my toes!
